• Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic and international orders.

• Shipping all over India is free. 

• The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.

• Our courier partners include Sequel, Blue Dart, Malca Amit, UPS and BVC. A shipping Airway Bill (AWB) number is provided to customers after we ship the order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This information will be provided by the courier partners. 

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Osiyan is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

• Tracking details allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Delays:

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, holidays, or weather conditions may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

International Customs and Duties:

• For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

• Osiyan is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processing.

• The shipping charges (excluding custom duties, taxes, or fees) for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.

Shipping Insurance:

• All shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit.

• In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

Delivery Issues:

• If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and our customer support team immediately.

• Delivery to public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or on the street is not available.

• Osiyan is not responsible for theft or loss of packages after delivery confirmation.

• We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

• If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery attempts, the courier company will make three additional attempts to deliver the product. If the recipient is still unreachable or unavailable, the product will be returned to Osiyan. You may reach out to our support team for rescheduling delivery for which the charges shall be borne by the customer

Order Cancellation/Change in Shipping Address:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• Shipping details can be changed by the customer until the order is shipped from our facility. If the customer needs to change the shipping address, they should send an email to rg@gracejewels.in

• The guarantee of product delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier company. Any discrepancy in the recipient's details may result in non-delivery of the product.

Damaged Products:

• If you receive a damaged parcel or product, please contact our customer support team within 72 hours by sending an email to rg@gracejewels.in. Do not damage or discard the parcel or product. Our investigation team will investigate the complaint once we receive it by email and take appropriate action. Failure to report the incident within 72 hours of receiving the parcel will result in us not accepting responsibility for the damages, and no refund or complaint will be received.
