One Year Warranty for Repairs

At Osiyan, we take pride in delivering exquisite craftsmanship and unparalleled quality in our jewelry pieces. We understand that wear and tear can be inevitable, and we want to ensure that your cherished jewelry remains as stunning as the day you first acquired it. To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a complimentary one-year jewelry repair service.

Coverage Period:

​

  • The free repair service is valid for one year from the date of purchase. This period covers any manufacturing defects or damages that may occur under normal wear conditions.

Eligibility:

​

  • The free repair service is available for jewelry purchased at Osiyan within the past 12 months.

  • A proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt, is required to validate eligibility.

​

Covered Repairs:

​

  • The free repair service covers manufacturing defects and damages incurred through normal wear during the coverage period.

  • Examples of covered repairs include but are not limited to prong re-tipping, re-soldering of broken chains, cleaning, and tightening of loose stones.

  • Please note that during the repair some minimal process loss in gold might incur.

Exclusions:

  • The policy does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or any modifications made by third-party jewelers.

  • Loss/Missing of stones or any other components is not covered under this policy.

Claim Process:

​

  • To initiate a repair claim please book an appointment with our expert consultants and provide the damaged jewelry and the original sales receipt.

  • Our Quality Assessment Department will assess the damage and determine if it falls within the scope of the free repair service.

​

Turnaround Time:

​

  • We strive to complete all covered repairs in a timely manner. The typical turnaround time is 7 - 10 business days, but may vary based on the complexity of the repair.

​

Additional Services:

​

  • If the jewelry requires repairs not covered under this policy, a cost estimate will be provided for customer approval before proceeding with the service.
