However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.

Our High Jewelry collection is not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. While initiating return, please provide the original invoice, and the product certificate.

In absence of product certification, we will send the product for re-certification to a certified lab for which the shipping and certification cost shall be incurred by the customer.

Personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date for 100% refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@osiyaninc.com.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

You will receive a Return Merchandise Kit (RMK) for you to securely pack the product. Please make a video while packing and send it to us on WhatsApp at 8779395590 along with the Order Number for the same. This serves as a confirmation for the products condition prior to return.

After completion of the above steps, we will arrange for a courier pick up for your return. Please take a note of the tracking number.

Please note that the return process takes 7 - 10 business working days before the refund is initiated.

Inspection and Processing:

Once your return is received, it will undergo a thorough inspection.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 - 10 business days after the inspection is complete.

During the inspection for returned pieces if our Quality Assessment Department find any alteration, resizing, or any damages, your return request will not be accepted.

Our customer service will contact you if the returns do not meet the eligibility criteria to guide you further.

Refund Options:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

In the case of a payment done through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund amount to reflect after it is initiated.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for the return shipping, and a replacement or refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Cancellations:

Order cancellations are only possible before the item is shipped. Once the order is shipped, the return policy applies.
